I pre-ordered Call of Duty 6:Modern Warfare 2 and I want to upgrade to the Prestige Edition.Will the upgrade cost me anything???

If you are talking about pre-ordering at GameStop, then I can personally say that they will not charge you just to switch the money over. I have done this a few times and only had to pay the difference in money between the two versions of the games. If you are talking anywhere else, then I can't be sure. Some places might have a fee incurred if you do this, while others don't.
