Should I download Battlefield 1942 for x-box?

My mom just got me 1600 Microsoft points, and I don't know if I should save them for the future, or spend em on it. Is it really laggy during online play? I have Call of Duty WaW, is there much of a difference?

Try the demo first.
I would say the graphics are better than Cod, the buildings can be destroyed and their are planes
