my graphic card is NVIDIA Geforce 6200 (256 mb).
my system RAM is 512MB

Intel(R) pentium(R)4 CPU 2.4GHz.

I noticed that while playing 'company of heroes' , the game gets stuck many times(it isn't the game mistake). and new games (not very new) like 'command and conquer:kanes wrath'. uses low graphics as default(because of my system). .

What is the problem? do I need to buy a better graphic card(suggest) or should i simply add more RAM . or else what do u recommend?
The last game I played with full graphics was FIFA07.

You need to add more ram... I suggest you to buy 2GB. And about the core i guess it's pretty fine for the games of today. and the grapich card is really bad for the games you play at. You must buy new one.
I suggest you to buy 2GB Ram And NVIDIA Geforce 8400~8800GT.

To run many of the new games your gonna want to have at least 2GB of RAM or more. The Nvidia 8800GT is only 150 bucks now so id get that at the very least. Your processor is a bit low. You can get a Core 2 Duo 3.0 ghz e8400 for under 150 bucks also. It really depends on what games you play. Any of the new MMO's your PC wont run very well. Goodluck.
