i like the combat system, ability to have relationship and jobs, and good/evil system of FABLE 2

i like the DEEP customization, dialogue choices, and atmosphere of FALLOUT 3

what would be a good game for me on a pc...i just got an amazing pc with 3.25 RAM and an ATI radeo hd 3850 video card and a Pentium 4 3.00 GHz processor...

i have a feeling that The Witcher will be what most people say to my question....for some reson, it just doesnt appeal to me...explain to me how it is exactly...

ALSO...DO NOT suggest the elder scrolls 4 OBLIVION....please dont
