I'm a girl, but I really like to play video games. However, I have certain preferences.
I love fantasy-like games. One of my favorite series is the Elder Scrolls series. I also like games like Spyro the Dragon.
I love games with beautiful visuals, graphics, and music.
Relaxing games are nice too, like Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing.
Games where the character is customizable is really nice, but not required.
I also like games where you can do what you want instead of everything being planned, but this is not necessary.
I like animals. xD
I wouldn't mind a realistic horse riding game, but nothing too kiddish or girly.
I like story lines too. And nature.
But I don't mind fighting at all
Maybe a pirate game!
But anyways, please answer if you have any suggestions!

For the DS theres always mario games....and theres some were you take care of pets and junk...I think that fits you.

Have you tried World of Warcraft yet? I play that with my girlfriend and lots of other girls seem to enjoy the game as well. It is very relaxing, fantasy based, and there is more to it than just killing. You can fish, cook, tailor, ride horses etc.

two worlds i a great game u can get for like 10 bucks for the 360, it is probably the best rpg game for 360, and its a very long story line that u dont really have to follow, u can ride horses, kill animals (maybe a turnofff 4 u), ur outside the whole game, and a lot of cool fighting.

Edit: Okay, I recommend Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvest_moo… )for Wii. It's a fantisy game. It's about animals, horse riding, and I'm sorry if it's to kiddish for you.

I've been playing Fable 2 for a while and it literally falls into all of your described categories. Because you mentioned the Elder Scrolls, I'm assuming you use and Xbox 360. I highly recommend it. Pure fantasy/adventure. Beautiful graphics (even better in the cut scenes) nice music. You can customize your character in several ways. Has a storyline. Complete RPG you can do whatever you want!

You'd like the Japanese types of games. Kingdom Hearts is disney characters mixed with the japanese characters from various games and it's an adventure, hunting, mystery type of game that's really fun and cute. Also beautiful scenery type games like final fantasy is The Remenant and Star Ocean. Not shooting games, fun and adventurous. Also Zelda for the Wii is cute and pretty. All Mario games are great. You can play gamecube games in your wii also! So you can look up some of those!

I would highly recommend the Final Fantasy series which is one of the leading role-playing games ever released, you've probably heard of it before doubt. Sid Meir's Pirates! is alright this is pretty old but still one of the best pirate/adventure games around, i think it's format is PC - i don't know it was released for the Xbox. Fable too is also VERY good, you can play as a female too if that makes it any better. =]
