Depends on what you're looking for.
Godfather 2 is a great game, but its more based on gangster and life back then. Reality stuff.
Fallout 3 was always good, but sometimes it can get a little boring. I have to say its a little short too unless you do the side quests. Its more based on scientific rpg stuff, Almost like Oblivion but you have guns.
Elder Scroll 4: Oblivion was honestly one of my favorites. I played it for hours and hours. I also enjoyed how you could do different odd races such as lizards and cats, elves and dwarves, etc etc. Its more of a medival kind of game, mixed with fantasy. Really awesome graphics. The only downside is, you don't get guns in this game lol.
If you don't really care what the games based on, then I suggest if you want the best entertainment and hours of gameplay, grab Oblivion. Fallout 3 was fun, but it gets long and draggy, and if you just do the main storyline its very quick. I never really tried Godfather 2 though, so I can't exactly judge that.
Try watching trailers for each game and see which one looks best to you. Also read the paragraph the website provides about the game, and see which one draws you in more. I wish you luck mate, hope i've helped at least a little.
