Basically, I want a game that's FUN and has great VALUE. MULTIPLAYER is also good (online or off, mostly on). No graphics, story, voice acting, etc. Count Trophies in value. Also, ONLY MENTION whether or not the games support background downloads. Dont let it influence your decision
I like FPS and racing games. Action games in particular please me. But I have a very, VERY soft spot for stealth games. I had a real ball with MGS and Splinter Cell. Also, NO LINEARITY (unless we're talking the LBP kind of linearity). Games that offer a good deal of freedom are good for me!

Definitely get Fallout 3. That's one of the best games I've ever played.

From what you said, I would suggest Call of Duty 4 and Assassin's Creed.

InFAMOUS also looks like a good game from what I have seen.
