where do i get the trophy patches for games such as grand theft auto 4 and fallout 3 i updated my system last week so do i already have them. i know i have to start a new game

Put the game in and look at the trophy screen and they should be there. I know for a fact Fallout3 says loading trophies, don't know about GT4. So yeah you should have the patches, hope this helps!
