well first off i don't think you need to worry about the games you already have, by the looks of it you just put the microsoft's staff's kids through college, so right now you gotta look at the big hitters this fall, i'm talkin must-haves,
Halo 3:ODST
COD MW 2
Rock band the Beetles
Assassins Creed 2
Those are the main ones to get if you can wait a little longer, you can get games like

and I heard there was gonna be a new rainbow six vegas

you could try viva pinata, thats a fun game and you get loads of achievements or try your in the movies, the achievements are really easy to get on it and its fun to play with family and friends.

I like your collection. Since you've played Overlord, why not add Overlord 2? A pretty fun hack and slash game I'd recommend is Warriors Orochi 1 and 2, if you're into that sort of thing. Of course grab Assassin's Creed 2, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2 and Brutal Legend when they come out.
