What are the best free MMORPGs?

I'm looking for free ones only (though ones like Guild Wars are okay, where you buy it then can play free).

If there are any timed quests, it's a bonus if they run during European times. Last time I played Conquer Online, all the good quests were run at 4-5am at times.

I would say Guild Wars. Runescape is repetitive, but Guild Wars is pretty funn and different. I would pay the extra twenty bucks for the expansions, as the different classes are fun. The game has almost endless replay value, and the graphics are good. PvP is good as well, along with stellar inter-player interactions.
