Should Madden NFL 09 have a stadium builder in franchise mod

One of my favorite features of Madden video games was a stadium builder in franchise mode (mostly to get rid of that horrible soldier field). But they left it out of 08. Should they bring it back?

I think that they should...I always liked to be able to name it whatever you want n' stuff.I hope they do.
