Anything really, just try to avoid any new attachments (ie. the steering wheel for Mario Kart)

Try www.gamefly.com to rent games and see if you like them and then if you like them go to gamestop or something and buy them. Have fun

Actually, for Mario Kart Wii, you don't have to have the steering wheel. It works exactly the same without the wheel, you just turn the controller sideways. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories looks like it will be a really good game, although it's not set to be released until October, I believe. Animal Crossing is a good game, too. Boom Blox is more of a party game but I've heard that it's a good one, although I haven't gotten the chance to play it myself. Most Mario games are good. There's also going to be a new Super Mario Bros coming out for the Wii that will be a multi-player game. The Conduit, Red Steel and No More Heroes are more action-type games that are good, but definitely have to be the type of games you're used to playing.

Also, one last one. Dead Rising is a SPECTACULAR game. I really do love that one. :)

I hope that helped. :)
