about a week ago, my DS lite's left speaker burnt out and no longer works, so the sound is not as loud as i like and not as good(detailed). And then the microphone no longer works properly, i found this out when i was playing mario kart DS and in a battle i kept losing, and noticed when i blew in the mic. no more balloons came/ blew up. I thought of turning the DS in a local Gamestop and get some money and turn in a few old DS games and add 20$of my own money to get a new silver one. is this the right thing to do? p.s. i am NOT spending money to get it refurbished, why not just buy a whole new DS?

Hi, if you want to repair the set it can be done but it burn alittle of your pocket ^^. If you looking for new set maybe you can contact me as my friend have cheap and good export set with warranty for sale
