Yesterday, I played Ragnarok Online and I met someone who asked me what my YM account was. I was(st u pi d) surprised when he told me that crusaders can get rich easily using a program. I gave him my YM account and he sent me this program that he said will make me rich. When I opened the program and signed in it, something horrible happened. Someone signed in using my Ragnarok Account and when I opened my Ragnarok Account a few minutes later, I lost almost 100% of my zennies and all my important equips. I got over the scamming part but now I cannot open the kafra storage and it is driving me crazy. It says that I have inputted incorrect passwords for 5 times and try again later.
T_T... I keep getting the same message since yesterday.
please help.
i tried going to customer support in levelupgames.ph but they didn't entertain me.
please help me....

someone has been hacked your ID.
there's nothing false from the game. it's because the one who gave you ( whatever the program ) change your kafra password. just hope the customer service will solve your problem. the program makes you to sent all information about your ID. so he able to do everything to your ID.
that's scam.
