Is this sexually explicit?

So i play Spore. Wonderful game. However i was recently suspended for creating a naked woman, complete with body hair and breasts. They told me that “Strong vulgar language, crude or explicit sexual references … are always inappropriate Content for EA Online.” as per their Terms of Service.

But it's not in an erotic pose, she's just nude.Maybe it's because I'm an art student that I don't see anything wrong. Maybe I don't understand what "sexually explicit" means. Does it include when a person is naked no matter the situation? I don't think all naked statues of antiquity are "sexually explicit".

But what should i do now if i want to use nude people in "galactic adventures"? I was planning to build a garden of Eden. maybe i should put a leaf over her genitals and RIP her breasts off... or replace them with udders. Does anybody here see udders as sexually explicit?

I can see where EA is coming from nudity is considered explicit. But I would advise against creating a garden of eden, EA could do a lot worse than suspend you....Watch your back and next time make sure you aviod nudity.

i know there are many nude sculptures and statues but EA doesn't allow it because some people out there don't want to see nude girls they are either married or gay they email EA and they just get sick of reading them all and ban it to satisfy the majority if you could gather enough people to go against this term of service they would be forced to change it good luck.

Regardless of the context, nude human bodies tend to offend many people, especially when it involves a company like EA that is extremely paranoid about it's availability to children. I personally wouldn't find anything wrong with it, but I guarantee they do. It's the same thing as the nude paintings people put on their Forza 2 auction house cars; they get taken down and banned for a week on the first offense. Not sure if Spore has the same period of time or not.

The thing is, the creatures you make are visible to everyone - including young children. That's why a naked woman is 'sexually explicit'.
