On June 2nd I bought the Internet Channel, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Super Mario Bros 3 from the Wii Store. Exactly 4 weeks from June 2nd is June 30th, the end of the Club Nintendo year. Will I get any surveys for these games and will the coins register in time for club nintendo?

No. Only games DS games and Wii games will give you surveys to get 10 extra points. DSiware and Wiiware games do not give you surveys, they only give you the actual registration points, and thats it.

Did you put your club nintendo account on the Shopping channel before you got those? If you did, it should be on Club Nintendo in the to-do list. If not, then it will not be on Club Nintendo.
