Make sure the customers get their money's worth. Have your host Sim talk to them, engage them in conversation, crack jokes. Have fun objects on the lot, especially fun "skill" objects like chessboards and treadmills. Give them access to food and coffee and/or drinks. A stereo and a place to dance. Make sure the decor is pleasing for Environment score and keep objects repaired and everything clean to keep it high. Happy customers spawn stars. Happy customers become loyal customers. Loyal customers return.
