I read on a website that you can play the company of heroes with a Geforce 3 with 64 MB (i read the game system requirements).I searched on the internet where i found a test with some video cards like geforce 8600,7600 and ati radeon ( i dont know wich one it was) and at the benchmark the frame rates at the geforce 7600 where like too low to play the game even at medium quality .i mean with 10-15 frames per second you cant play a skirmish battle.Why do they say that you can play the company of heroes on a geforce 3 if even on the geforce 7600 is running slow?

Well, maybe the website meant, that the game won't throw any error messages, and technically the game will run.

However regarding playability, always refer to the minimum hardware requirements on the game's packaging. Not any website. Everybody can write nonsense on the internet. It's up to you to do some research and find out who's lying.
